I am subscribed to "Nicepage Pro, Annually". But when I am going to create a new site it said "site limit exceeded". Though pro plan comes with unlimited unhosted sites. Can someone help?

Unfortunately, you've exceeded the limit of your website on our hosting. The Pro plan, it's five (5) published websites.
You can continue your design in the Nicepage Desktop app with an unlimited number of websites.
Open the Nicepage Desktop app >> New site >> enter the Template ID number - 29778
