Indeed, the Product Text Element can display only a definite number of symbols. If you want to display the full product description, please add it to the Product short description of the product settings, and add the Product Tabs Element.

Anyway, we will consider your suggestion, and we hope that the Product Text Element will become more customizable one day.

No, unfortunately not.
I have only added "More" link to the Short description which is linked to Description tab just to help visitor to get more info fast.
