I am registered in the Sp Page Builder forum. Did you read what was going on there when the v4 came out. Almost nothing worked. Furthermore, I don't find SP Page Builder that individual. You only have the pre-made headers to use. It's the same with Joomlaart. I find Nicepage somehow more individual. I also like the fact that I can work completely offline at Nicepage.
But back to your support problem. I have complained about exactly the same thing here several times and I think the quality has improved since the update mode was increased to three weeks.
Basically I have to agree with you. It still seems that features come before clean work.
Two features would be very important to me at Nicepage:
An editor and the minification and merging of CSS and Javascript files.

I really like Nicepage. I used to use WebFlow but I prefer Nicepage. I tested DIVI and I hate its usability. I think it's a good idea the minification and merging of CSS and Javascript files for Nicepage. I use a plugin that does this very well for Wordpress (the minification of CSS at 97%).

Unfortunately I had to renew the plan, so that support could solve the mentioned issues THREE WEEKS ago, and even so I have taken all this time waiting, hoping that the issues would be overcome, but they were never attended.

Really this is a joke, that you expect the user to go to the last instance against you, I like you would solve this incident immediately, since it is a request of 4 weeks, which is causing money, time, damages. What a colossal neglect. I have never had this bad experience of this magnitude, only with you.

Be frank and honest with you, if you are not going to solve it, say NO once and for all, and stop counting.

It's the same as with Artisteer, the earlier "product" that also "worked soooooo great" for years. I am glad never to have made a purchase. Either here or now. The test versions were "enough" for me. No matter if with "40% discount" or "100% discount".

Because it is simply NOT worth the destroyed, expensive work time and the massive trouble with endless bugs as a result. Not even usable in the hobby area. Suggestion: Instead of 90% effort in marketing, put 90% effort in product, support and bug fixing for one year. But of course, you earn 90% less. Well at least you "can" successful marketing - whether it is "ethical" remains the other question...

Hi Peter, this is unacceptable, it really is a lack of respect, this is the time and I still do not attend me to solve these incidents that already goes for a month, it is unheard of. What a horrible service, I have never, ever experienced something so fatal. You are absolutely right, the same with artisteer, because I also had it, it started well and ended up damaging everything with their updates and then they stopped attending, the same is happening now, what a waste of time and money, because I have already paid twice the premium plan, which supposedly between "" is a preferential attention, it makes me laugh, as a result it has not helped me at all, I have not been able to make the first web functional at 100%, I had to look for other means, I feel cheated with this lousy and bad product, I have been very patient and still a month in this agony. I recommend to new users who want to purchase this product, to think 4 times, because just as it is happening to those who have purchased it, the same will happen to new users. It is not recommended this software, all the time that Nicepage has, is to be a top quality product with minimal errors, but here are hundreds of errors, each element that valla using, detects more errors. Lousy product, Nicepage developers will wait to give a mediocre solution is when I finished the plan again, and in the last days, when it says that your plan will expire, you must renew it to receive support, I renewed it and I had no solution until today, they made me round, they cheated me.

And they continue deceiving people, with their updates, bringing their customers happy, showing them new features, that in the test almost 50% of them do not work, as they also give a list of errors that have been corrected, but nothing to do with what customers have requested, they correct errors invented by them.
This is terrible.

The truth is that I took this web builder plan, because it was recommended to me by a colleague, who is also a systems engineer, and unfortunately I took this software, which has not served me almost nothing.
