Ask a Question

Hi there,

I have a similar issue as the following:
Hello,

I have put together a Nicepage website with a few pages that I upload through Wordpress, which works fine (I currently use the free version, but have funding to pay for a subscription). Most of my website is static and needs to continue to function that way. Now I need to add a dynamic page (i.e. a blog) where I regularly add blog posts - that dynamic page can be the first page or another - but the rest of the website needs to function as a static website as it does currently. I don't know how to do this. I am not a website builder (i.e. I can't work with HTML, Joomla etc) and don't have time to learn that. Hopefully someone here has suggestions.

So these are my questions:
* Is this possible with Nicepage? For instance, is there a dynamic template that I can apply to only one page? Ideally I use my own header and colour combinations that I use in the rest of the website (as they're carefully selected).

*Please could you help me with step-by-step instructions? Its been days I've been trying to find a way to link the Nicepage page - designed and published as a page and what would be my "post template" - to the posts section on wordpress to ease functionality for my client.

*Also, how do use the nicepage header and footer designs on other pages that weren't created using Nicepage without havignto convert/redesign them using Nicepage?

Thanks, I'd appreciate your help :)

Hello,

You can create your WordPress Blog in a 2 way using Nicepage.
1. Import Nicepage theme, theme would be applied to all your WordPress pages and posts, that is an answer to your third question.
For Blog page, Nicepage theme Blog template will be applied -https://nicepage.com/doc/119177/blog-template

  1. You can install Nicepage plugin to your WordPress site. Create a Nicepage page using plugin editor and add Blog posts element - https://nicepage.com/doc/82441/blog-posts-on-pages-with-wordpress-plugin

You can link as an external link your static Nicepage page to a menu item with a WordPress site without importing it to WordPress.

Please check and let us know.
