The client license is the license with limited options for your clients so they can edit the content of the Nicepage pages in Joomla and WordPress.
So, you can create and sell a website for your individual client, install the Nicepage plugin, create pages and provide your client with the client license so he can edit the content of Nicepage pages if needed. But you cannot resell the Nicepage plugin or websites/themes with the Nicepage plugin or client licenses. you can resell themes without plugin only.
