But when I try to add the language element, there is no option Header.
Can you please explain me why I don't have it?

Hi Kees,

The Language Element can be added in the header and footer only.
So please open the Nicepage Editor >> open Page >> select header (or footer) and click the + Add Blocks and Elements button.
Then you will see the Language Element.
