Ask a Question

Hello,

When I use the social media icon footer template (or inserting the social media icons anywhere really) the preview shows them fine but when I publish the page the icons get larger and the image is blank. I am not using any 3rd party products. Everything is from the Nicepage options. Please see the attached screen shots.

It appears to only be the "Home" page that it is doing this on. I was able to add them to the other pages with no problem. I just prefer to have it on the home page.

Hi,

Is this a public website? Could you please provide a link to the page that demonstrates the issue?
I checked your website published on Nicepage hosting but the icons on the Home page look ok.

I have the same problem. When I export the HTML and then view the icons are massive. How can they be reduced when they look great on the preview.

Heather,

Please create a separate private case, providing your project and screenshots showing the issue.

I had to flush the cache a few times but it eventually worked.
