Ask a Question

Hello,
I worked 20 hours on my site. After I saved the project and closed the program, I wanted to open it again, but he couldn't find my page anymore.

What to do?

The most common cause is moving Documents\Nicepage folder when those files need to be left alone.
Check to see first if that folder is there with the working folder (Site_####) inside it.
If it's not there, you need to put it back. If it is there, look in the app preferences, and make sure the working folder is pointing to Documents\Nicepage.
Also, look inside the Documents\Nicepage\backups folder, and did you export a Project file and put it in a safe place?

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Yes there is a folder named Site_#### in Dokuments/niceageand there is some stuff in it (HTML Templates and one 404 not found template),

Also the working folder is pointing to Documets/Nicepage

Yes, luckily I also exported the html code before exiting.
Do you know if i can import the code to the Nicepage app?

Hi,

No, you can import only the theme exported as a Project. Please zip the folder with your theme that is located in the documents folder and attach it to the ticket.
