Problem with menu

I created a menu and I can see it in Quickview, but can't see it in the preview in a new window. Only the Facebook logo and icon are displayed in the header. The colors in the menu are correctly defined. Adding a new menu doesn't fix the problem either - it's still invisible. What should I correct / do?

Hi, Anna,

Please provide temporary access to your WordPress admin panel for investigation. The topic is private now.

By the way, try to do the following: open the Project that was used for your current WordPress theme in the Desktop app (the latest version), export it as a WordPress theme without the content, and install it according to this instruction: https://nicepage.com/doc/67768/export-and-update-wp-theme-from-app
