Yes, theme templates are editable only with desktop application.
The option to edit theme templates with plugin editor in WordPress or Joomla is already added to our wishlist.

Yes, please make editable in the CMS Plugin, also in Themler possible but not in Nicepage.

It is a real time waster to go back and forth between the desktop app and WordPress just to edit one little item on the page templates or template header and footer.
