Hi I have installed the template on joomla but for some reason it does not show yet i can edit a page with the template. Just not pubilish it.

Hello,

Please describe your actions step-by-step, some screenshots would be helpful.
You can upload Nicepage theme into Joomla using desktop application only.
More here - https://nicepage.com/doc/72666/export-and-update-joomla-template-from-app

If you have already uploaded theme file - check the list of your Templates>Styles> set the Nicepage theme as default.
