how i can change the blog post ??

in image i explain what i need ( for example i want to cange post (project 1 ) to other post (project 4 )

Waseem,

Please elaborate on what you need. If HTML Blog, then you will need to create a page add the Blog Posts element and edit the actual posts in the Posts Panel of the Quick Access to the left.

If in WordPress / Joomla, you need to edit the Post and Blog templates, export theme, import to CMS, and edit posts in the CMS directly.
