Premium plan will not let me design 2nd site

I have the $60 premium personal plan and it told me I could design 5 sites but only host 1. And that is fine. But I have on site in my dashboard that isn't being hosted and the program will not allow me to start designing a second. Please help as this really messes with my plans and why I bought the program to begin with

That is absolutely correct. Please specify where exactly you are trying to create a second website? Attach the screenshot of the issue.
Also, please note, that in the Online Builder you can't design more than 1 website with your plan. If you want to create 5 website you need to do it in the Nicepage Desktop app.
