Having trouble while installing the Nicepage Wordpress plugin

This is my first time using Nicepage on Wordpress, but I have used the desktop application before. I was trying to activate the theme I made using the desktop application; it told me to install the Nicepage plugin first. After installing it gave the error shown in the attachment file. I checked the file manager and the plugins folder did have the files for the plugin, but the plugin does show in the wp-admin installed plugins panel.
Edit: I have removed other page/site builder plugins, it still gives the error.

Hi,

Please check that you do not have the plug-in named undefined in your plug-ins on the site. Maybe removing the plug-is that you do not use may be helpful. Then try to reimport the whole theme and plug-in.

Thanks for the fast response. I do not have a plug-in named undefined in my plug-ins and I have tried reimporting the theme and the plug-in before creating this discussion.
