make html box smaller

Hello,
I want to add a verified seal from Psychology Today to my footer (https://virtual-therapy.eu). The only way that I could come up doing this is within an html box. The problem is that I cannot reduce the height of the box below 158 pixels (see screenshot attached) to match the height of the seal. Could you please advice me how to make the html box smaller?

Would it work inserting the graphic instead of html and linking to the other agency?

I guess it could be a workaround. would prefer to keep the verification html code as provided by Psychology Today though.
