I made the offered update but after I could not save to html.
Now I made the downgrade what the software offered, still issue but now read-only site issue
Please help me to solve this.

Hi,
Nicepage informs all clients that an update is available. But please note that the license includes 1 year of free updates only. After this year expires you can install the update and use the update as a free user. Also, after each update Nicepage offer to backup the website that you're trying to open. Did you create a project backup? If you opened the website with the latest Nicepage version, you will not be able to open it with the previous version.

I understand the situation about the update but the project does not belongs to nicepage so it has no right to lock or make it uneditable.
Please offer a solution to export or make it editable!

Hi Gyorgy,
Please check if you have a backup of the project from the previous version. Backups can be found in the folder that you have specified as a backups folder under the Profile >> Preferences menu in your application. Please check it out.

in preferences I can see default setup like "Documents\Nicepage\backups" but that folder not even exists. :(
Hi Gyorgy,
The Desktop application offers to make a backup after each update. It saves this backup copy of the project to this folder. Did you make a backup when Nicepage offered this? Projects updated to the newer version cannot be edited with the previous version. For this reason, we implemented the feature to make backups so you do not have to do it manually by exporting Projects.

as I sent there is no folder for backup and during the process was no question related backup.
So how can I get my files please?
Hi Gyorgy,
Unfortunately, you cannot open the updated project with the old Nicepage version. The backup folder is created automatically when Nicepage asks to make a backup and you accept it. By default, the application is configured to ask this always - "Ask with dialog" option under the Profile >> Preferences >> Backup on update. What option is selected under the Preferences on your side?
