i am a nicepage customer and soon i will activate the updates with a new license. but before I wanted to check because when I buy the application it says forever. For updates it is understandable.
How to revert to the latest version before the license expires without deactivating the application on the desktop and downloading another through this link. ?https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads

Please don't let us download updates while our license is expired since it is useless

Uninstall the latest version.
Install the last version before your license expired.

this is for the desktop and for the online version (the sites I have on wordpress) how do I do it?

You have 3 choices.
1. Stay on the last version before the updates expires and use it indefinitely without any further updates.
2. Update to the latest version which reverts back to the Starter version.
3. Renew for another year, typically with 40% off.

so if my license is expired I can even make updates but these updates are problems since you have a lifetime license but you come back to the STARTER version which is free !!!
It's incomprehensible... and nobody with a premium license wants to go back to the starter version (free).
So for this update, it's dishonest if the nicepage developers and marketing know that their updates are useless and only one explanation: destroy the customer relationship
In my case all this problem is related to downloading updates after or before a few hours of the expiration of my license !! I found an update. I thought that I would not receive bets as indicated in the nicepage pricing page and I did not do it on purpose I thought the time zone was not the same

We're sorry that our notification has misled you. But the Nicepage license includes 1 year of free updates. This is it is a widely used practice. We also notify all customers about available updates no matter whether they purchased licenses or not. But we do not force anyone to update the application especially if 1 year of updates has expired. We notify about the expiration of 1 year period before the end of the period. If you do not want to install the update please use the Skip version button.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I believe it isn't possible to open Project files saved in newer version of NP and open it in an older version.
Support will need to post an official response.

You need to have the backup saved in the 4.9 version as it is indeed not possible to open the projects from the newer version in the old one. Please check the backups folder, I hope that the backup from your old version is still there.
