you are right, these 2 lines applies only to publishing on Nicepage Hosting. With your plan you can publish 5 websites on Nicepage hosting and assign a custom domain name, SSL certificates are provided automatically.
On your own hosting there's no limitation from us, you can publish as much is possible.

The truth really wants to add blocks "registration" and "password entry". It will probably be, I really hope and wait

For HTML websites it won't be added as it would be require a database connection which is out of simple concept of HTML websites. For the Nicepage plugin and extensions it's doesn't required as it's available in the CMS itself.

Did you create a Nicepage Form for this? Do you want to hide the password behind the * symbols? This is possible with the fields with the type "password". Nicepage does not provide the option to add password fields. But you can try editing the exported website manually and set the required field type.
