Yes, those were the directions I followed and I double checked. Every time, I hit submit on my completed form it says it cannot be completed.

Please create a one page website with MailChimp form that demonstrates this issue and attach it to this ticket.

Not sure about mailchimp but it is unusual having the hashtag # in front of the URL. Try getting rid of it

Even after I remove that, it still does not work. Any other suggestions?

It looks like MailChimp is asking for a captcha while submitting the form.

Please check MailChimp settings if you can disable this.

I'm currently trying to fix both this (newsletter sign-up), and the contact form on my html-page and cannot get them to work.

I finally realized I did not copy the information correctly. I believe there was a quotation symbol at the very end that was causing the issue.

I created a simple first name and email signup form on my website. I followed the directions to the letter on copying the code needed to integrate the signup form to my MailChimp list. It does not seem to work. Any suggestions on what may be happening? Every time I enter information and click submit it says it has failed.

Make sure the fields are with the same naming on both sites and if it's capital letters as well.

They must match
