Ever since I did an update the preview and update are broken- I have not been able to work on my website for over a week now because I keep getting this error message.

Failed to send request:"https://.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=np_save_pave" HTTP status - 404. Error - Failed to send a request

PROBLEM SOLVED BY HOSTING COMPANY THIS WAS THE PROBLEM

It appears that ModSecurity blocks a few rule and that is why you got an error.
ModSecurity is an Apache module which works as a web application firewall. It blocks known exploits and provides protection from a range of attacks against web applications. However, sometimes, mod_security may incorrectly determine that a certain request is malicious, while it is actually legitimate. We have white-listed the triggered mod_security rule on the server so that you can bypass the block.

Please try modifying the file now.

Whats up Oleg how are you ? hope all is well. The reason im writing is because I got an email telling me to upgrade and in order to take advantage of the discount I had to order the same day . My question is My subscription still had 6 months left from my previous purchase and I upgraded for another year so that means I still have 18 months worth of upgrades right? All though the update were not really beneficial to me I just did it to be a loyal customer and to support your efforts because one day I would love to see this product perfected so that I can possibly use it with out any struggles. Right now I have problems with the headers and the blog templates because in my opinion they are ugly . In the past when I used Artisteer the headers and the blog layouts were much nicer and easy to customize. I am not a programer and I dont no how to write code like php css and html and this is why I have been buying all your products -Artisteer-Themler-Nicepage here is an example of what I was able to do with nice page but there are still problems and I had to build theme with themler. I am trying my best with your product but its taking me long to create my pages because everytime I try to customize something like the header it breaks . Please give me some advice

All licenses start in a day of purchase and include one year of free updates. Therefore the free updates period in your Ultimate license ends on January 21, 2020

Right now I have problems with the headers and the blog templates because in my opinion they are ugly .

Could you please explain the issue with headers on Blog template in more details? Exactly what result you want to achieve?

The problem has not been resolved. I design two pages and the same on both. I don't have time to start making them from the beginning in the application and import them into wordpress. It worked for the first edition after import. The next day after logging in, he throws an error.

The error from this topic can тиу caused by different reasons. Please create a new Private topic with the detailed issue description and access to the CMS admin panel.
If you're using the ModSecurity module on your server, please try disabling it for testing.
