Good day,

I tried to install the Worpdress Plugin 3.19.1 on a fresh Wordpress 5.9.3

I receive following error message:

"Installiere Plugin aus hochgeladener Datei: joomla_nicepage_plugin-3.19.1.zip
Entpacken des Pakets …

Das Plugin wird installiert …

Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Es wurden keine funktionsfähigen Plugins gefunden.

Plugin-Installation fehlgeschlagen"

which translate "The packet could not be installed. There are no valid plugins found."

What can I do to get around this?

OK, my mistake - thought I have to use the plugin which came with my older version of Nicepage. I used the latest plugin and it is working

From your description, I see that you tried to install the Joomla plugin to WordPress. That's why it was not installed. Please download the WordPress plugin and install it.
