Creating websites for clients? Yes, of course.
Selling themes, html websites to your clients, web agency? Yes.
Reselling your license? No xP
On marketplace? I think not, but wait for a response from nicepage staff.
not reselling my license , my license belong's to me i have no right to give it for sale websites e-shops etc that kind if work i mean to earn money that i need it

Hi Nikos,
You can create websites for sale with Nicepage. In other words, you can create a website for an individual customer and sell it with the Nicepage plugin installed. Since you have an Ultimate license, you can provide your client with the Client License which he can use to edit the Nicepage pages with the WordPress and Joomla plugins.
Note that reselling of projects/websites/themes with the Nicepage plugin included is not allowed. For example, you cannot sell the Nicepage theme with the Nicepage plugin on the marketplace.

what do you mean reselling how i will give themes for wordpress and joomla to my customers i have no right to that only html to give to them and not a theme that they might wish to have?
to sell will be only with my customers not the marketplace

You can deliver only the final websites to your clients. You can export HTML, and a WordPress Theme or Joomla Template ONLY as a component for a final website.
