Hello,
I purchased an upgrade from Personal to Business (Invoice 16148703) but the software will not allow me to use anything beyond the Personal level functions. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software but any time I try to use a Premium level function, I get an error that this is not available in my license. When I hit "activate" it still only activates the personal version. Can you please assist? Thank you.
