Can I update the DNS and upload a site from nice to a domain I have from Wix ?

If you have a domain from a registrar, you can assign it to a Nicepage site with the licensed version.

Unfortunately, as it was mentioned there's no chance you can upload the website on WIX. We can see that you've already the Business Nicepage lifetime license with us, you can just assign your domain name (from the link above https://nicepage.com/doc/1293/assign-a-domain) and publish the website directly from the Nicepage Desktop App. If you've purchased the domain name on WIX, I think it won't be possible, but you can contact their Customer Service for additional information.
