I had the intention of extending the updates of my PRO plan, but, I observe two important aspects, 1- its value is very expensive and 2- when you buy it, they add a tax at the end of the invoice, which is equivalent to 19%, it is a very considerable increase, I got discouraged and decided not to continue with the purchase of the update extension plan.
I am a Nicepace customer, and for all Nicepace customers, they are users who made a huge investment, worth $199 dollars, for the PRO plan, to extend or renew the plan with its updates, fair enough, they should charge only half of its value, that is, 50%, since as I had mentioned, an expensive investment was made, we have already acquired a license and the software with Nicepace. Because they charge us the same price, as if it were the first time we bought this application, the software already belongs to the client, from then on, the clients, who wish to continue with the updates, only have to pay for the software updates, not it is to pay for a software that was acquiring it for the first time, plus extend the updates, NO! It is only the difference in the cost of UPDATES.
I think they should rethink this issue, because it is not fair that they have to pay such a high price, at least the clients should give us a total discount of 50%, that is, instead of $199 dollars, it should be $99.5 dollars + the tax that you charge of 19%, which seems to me an exaggeration too.
For the rest they have improved in the application, but it still needs to be improved.
