Missing text block

In Nicepage Go back to cell phone vertical mode, select the text that is hidden, and make sure that "Hide On" (its at the very bottom) is not selected. The visibility of this text shows up as hidden in style sheet.

Hi Marti,

Please try the suggestion posted above. If that does not help, attach your theme exported as a project.

I clicked on the block the text is supposed to be in and hide isn't on https://prnt.sc/ml33xf

I've run my mouse over the entire block and the outline of the text never shows up

I tried attaching the file but the "Attach files" button is greyed out.

Try going into desktop mode then click the text there. Then go to the bottom of the text tab and put a checkmark in "hide on" When you put a checkmark there then 5 icons will appear below (make sure you scroll to see) If it is a solid blue then click that icon to turn off text hiding. I hope that helps. Also, the attach files button may look greyed out but if you click there it should let you upload files.

I did find that if I click on the text box from one of the other modes I can see the outline of it but don't see any text. I tried changing text color but that did nothing.

I shut down my browser window and reopened it. I can click attach files now.

Apparently the more I try to work on this site the worse it gets. Stuff is now missing from the Pet Care Services page. I had to remove the two part grid I had there and make it a one cell grid because on the cell & tablet views I couldn't get any of the elements to go where they belonged and each of the cells is stretched out for 2000-3000 or more pixels. It's gotten so I can't even tell where the grid cells end because they overlap.

I'm about ready to give this up! And my customer is about ready to roll out this new website along with their new online store. I'm attaching the newest file.

I just tried to recreate the Pet Care Services page and it's worse than before. All the responsive modes except for PC are messed up. When you first look at them they are stretched out exceedingly long and the text is the same way. I don't think this problem was happening before the last upgrade. I also just looked at another site I worked on a couple weeks ago and it doesn't have the same problems. However it hasn't been saved again since the last upgrade.

Deleting a text block, picture and/or grid then adding a new one back in makes it work right until you start moving elements around again. Then things start disappearing again. I've also noticed that sometimes when you move an element in one of the views it moves it in other ones. It's also impossible sometimes to drag a grid block smaller. It's like something is preventing it from moving.

I just noticed that on the home page in section 3 where the grid is 4x3 that two of the grid cells are completely missing from the cell phone views. The missing ones are the vet with the dog and the cell "HealthyPet.com"

Hi,

I suggest that you navigate the problem Section, duplicate it just in case and then click on "Reset Responsive" on the right side panel. This option removes all responsive settings and reverts Section to default responsive settings. This may help.

It was better when I first did the Reset Responsive but as soon as I start adjusting contents and sections it breaks again and I have the same problems. You can see the site live at www.athensanimalclinic.com/NewSite. The PC version works correctly. I haven't had a chance to check it on my laptop. But the tablet and both portrait and landscape phone versions have problems with things not showing up correctly and in some cases at all.

What elements are not showing correctly?
Did you check Hie On option of the elements which are not visible? For example, Looks like the cell with an image with woman and dog is disabled in response modes using Hide On option.
If the issue continues please attach the problem website exported as Project.

I checked and hide is not on for any of the responsive modes.

I'm attaching two files. AthensAnimalClinic1 is the version I currently have on the website. On this version the picture of our vet with a dog is missing, the HealthyPet.com block is missing and the Need to board your dog block is missing from both cell phone views. On the Pet Care Services page section 2 has multiple things missing on the vertical phone mode.

The file AthensAnimalClinic2 is the version I was working on where I tried to do some better aligning of blocks. It got messed up in multiple areas when I was doing that. For example on the tablet view the block with the clinic moved isn't visible. If I click on it from the PC view and then go back to the tablet view I can see the outline of the clinic name outside the bottom of section 2 - https://prnt.sc/mobt27. As you can see hide for that view is not on. I've tried to move it but it won't let me grab it. It almost seems like it's behind other items on the screen but when I look at the layers on the PC mode it shows it in front. I saw there was a new upgrade today but I haven't done that yet.

I figured out the problem with the block of text with the name of the clinic in it that had moved to the bottom of section 2. It occurred to me that if it was in the grid in section 1 it shouldn't have been able to move like that. So I checked and I didn't have a grid in section 1. I added it and moved the text block and the red button into the grid and it solved the problem. However it didn't fix the problem of the missing grid blocks from section 3.

Previously we suggested you "Reset responsive" option. It should help this time too. But if you reset responsive settings and this solves the problem, but after some changes, the problem will arise, let us know exactly what you changed so we can reproduce this issue.

I reset responsive again and looked at for the three missing blocks and they still aren't there.

Here's how I fixed the problem with the three missing pictures. As a reminder, here's a screen capture with the items that go missing in red https://prnt.sc/mqjai3 . In the cell phone views those three grids are missing - https://prnt.sc/mqjd3h

I created a new section with the same grid layout. I put a container in the three grids that disappear then copied the pictures and text from the original section into the containers. This made those grids show up in the cell phone views. However I found that I had to put the containers in for all 3 grids at the same time. I tried just putting a container in one grid and copying the text into the other two grids. When I found that the grid with the container worked I deleted the text and pics from the other tow grids, put a container in each and then put the text and pics back in and they did not show up in cell phone view. So I had to put in a new section, add the containers into the 3 grids and then copy and paste. So now they show up in cell phone view but there are still some issues. In the tablet view I can't shorten the grids. You can see here - https://prnt.sc/mqjje3 - there is no handle to make the grid smaller. And at the bottom of the grid it won't let me drag it up either https://prnt.sc/mqjka4. The same is true for the vertical format cell phone. I'm attaching the project file for this changed version.

Sadly, even though it works while viewing it in Nicepage when I uploaded it to the website it still doesn't show those three grids. Website is www.athensanimalclinic.com/NewSite

In both themes you attached previously the Hide On option is enabled for all three problem grid cells:

Are you sure that you do not see these options on your side? Please note that you should navigate the problem cell and click on Grid tab.

When I click on grid I do see the hide on. But I reset responsive several times during this problem. Wouldn't that have turned the hide option off?
