thanks for your quick response I have installed a very updated version which is 4.6.5 and what you shared above there are all old versions and I already shared the screen which everything is locked so please check and resolve this really I am very stuck to update my client websites.

Please check the only image option is available in my export, it is means I will develop all the websites and just only export the image ufffff,

and I don't understand if I have the newer version installed then why I jump back to 2 steps.

sure please see the attached file and you can see below the latest version provided by your link 4.5.4 and I have currently running 4.6.5 so according to your provided version my current version is the very latest right.

so just think how I can jump to back version so please check

I appreciated your quick response but here is one of my questions which is very simple I am using the very latest version right because of my premium account and when my account on renewed and facing feature locked issues then you are telling me to go to the previous version which is really unknowing so if I jump on 2 step previous version that means what was your new update in this latest version that I can not avail right. so I think this is not the solution please fix this issue in my current version because I don't want to lose the new updated feature by installing the e2 step older version.

check your blog the difference between the new feature in the 4.5 and 4.6 versions.

I'm thinking no one will accept this kind of solution because we paid for the newer and newer version and features.

I hope you never mind and try to resolve the issue in my current version

Yes, I already replied to that suggestion but this is not the solution please fix this issue into my current version because I cant go back and missed the new updated feature of 4.6 into the 4.5 version.

Let me explain once again. You have purchased the license with one year of free updates. The one year of free updates has already expired. Now you have several options: purchase the extension of the free updates for your license and use all the latest versions that will come out within this year; do not renew the free updates period and continue to use the latest version released within your period of free updates with all the premium features (that was the 4.5 version that we recommend you to use); do not renew free updates period and use the latest version (4.6, released after your free updates expired) with the starter plan.
Now you use the latest option and your application works with a starter plan. To use the premium features you need to install the 4.5 version or extend your free updates period. Please let me know if you need any further help.

Thanks for this explanation but as you can find I updated my lats version in my paid premium time limit that was 2nd march-2022 and my last date of license expire 3rd March-2022 so in this way my last version should be 4.6.5 right and that day 2nd March-2022 the all option was opened but from the 4th March those all were locked so I am trying to tell you that my last version was with premium subscription 4.6.5.

As you can check in your blog the last update was 2nd March.

The free updates period provided with the license has expired on March 2. We released Nicepage 4.6 on March 3. It was released after the free updates period expired. Therefore, the latest available version is 4.5.6. So, everything is correct.
But since this is the question of just one day, we extended your license so you can install the 4.6 version. But please note that all other updates after March 3 are out of the free updates period.

One more time, I am here with the critical issue that is watermark still showing at the bottom below the footer "Free Website Templates created with Website Builder Software." and the reference image is attached.

so as per my previous discussion really I don't want to make again long conversation but here I will simply say why this watermark is showing with my premium product kindly resolve this.

IF you will say for the renew that I already explain I will do in future as per my need and upcoming updates.
