Open your website in the Online Builder, export it as an HTML website, the popup message will ask you to save it on your PC in ZIP format, press save. After that, unzip the downloaded file and look for the images folder, all the images that you were using on your website will be there.

I changed all the images on this page from jpg or png to webp. I also changed them from icon to image. Yesterday I changed the IP Address on the A record for my domain to match all the other A records on my host site. What happened to the images I HAD? I had the same thing happen to another page where I changed the images.

I just got off Chat with HostGator. Their shared hosting plan doesn't support webp, and I can't afford the upgrade that DOES support it at this point.

Glad that found out the reason. Then keep it as it is, it's not critically that your images will be in .jpg or .png format. Maybe you can optimize them and reduze the size of the images with the help of online tools like tinypng.com and etc.
