hi, I'm trying to download a template but when I select the download button, it makes me download the application again and not the files I chose. What could be the problem?

After logging in from my desktop, I clicked on: my profile, licenses and, from there, download website template. I looked for a template for my needs and, when I clicked on download, instead of downloading the template, I downloaded the application again. Am I doing some wrong steps?

Click the "Plus" sign at the top left, then look at the designs to import.
