as html and change as I want to, then deploy it on my own external domain for lets say commercial purposes ?

Are there no restrictions or do I need to pay anything ?

I'd already have a Nicepage Personal Edition licences. Can I save any template to my PC by browser from https://nicepage.com/website-templates using browser's "save as" function ?

All Templates can be exported from the Nicepage application or Online Builder in the required format. Please see the instruction on the individual templates page:

Unfortunately, there is no direct download option.
