I am suggesting that you add, "If you are having a problem between your trial version and the plan you purchased, sign out and then sign back in."
I have had problem of my trial account where I used my gmail address and the Premium Plan I decided to buy after upgrading the trial plan. My trial plan under my gmail email indicated I did not have a license, even after a week. Support said I did. I tried upgrading the trial on my PC and the name at the top was not my gmail account name. I tried for over a week to explain with no results.
Finally, I received a call from a very nice tech who suggested I sign out of the account and sign back in with my gmail account.
It worked! I am now able to use the Premium Plan.
I was ready to cancel the subscription, which, BTW, you must do within 14 days, but I had documentation that I never received what I paid for.
Hopefully, the programmers will be authorized to include a popup as a first line of troubleshooting if the license is not activated.
It's like computer troubleshooting. The first think to ask is, "Is it plugged in."
