Hi. When I try to create a new site in the Online Builder, it says that I need to get Premium Plan.

I am already on a premium plan.

Hi Bahari,

You have the Designer App Pack license that includes the desktop application and working with WP plug-in. But the online builder is included only in the Hosting subscription.
So please consider using the desktop application for building your sites.
