eu cookies impossible to change

hello
Recent client I have a trouble with GPDR - eu cookies.
I tried several times to change its appearance IN THEME - EU COOKIES and save it (in french and colors) but each time I have back your default design which is not convenient for me
do you know this point and how to solve it ?
