Ask a Question

I'm having some responsiveness issues when putting some elements on the main platform PC Desktop FX. Some elements are moved or disappear entirely on the other platforms. I tried hiding them from the other platforms by clicking "Hide on device," but that also did not work.
Is there a way out?

Hello Athanasios,

Firstly please tell us did you checked our guide for building responsive websites, you can find an article here and here.
Please be assured that you make changes from left to right and save manually all progress after changes are made.
Also, check that all your Text Elements and Elements have enough space in each view. If any specific Element on your website has problems after all our suggestions applied please give us detailed information and we will be happy to help you fix the problem.

I do it this way as well, but most of the time you end up needing to fix something, and when you fix it, some of the previous platforms move the elements, causing a domino effect.

Start from left/desktop to right/mobile.
Make adjustments as you need.
If a block is giving you trouble, press the reset button in the right side and try again.
