I had read both articles before trialling the export and theme load.
I created Templates and exported the theme without content. I am using Nicepage as I used Artisteer and Themler before it to load website themes to my Wordpress (and previously Joomla) websites.

Why do you think that your custom templates are not exported with your theme? Could you explain step-by-step what you have done and what is not working for you. Your project will be also helpful.

Thanks for your response ... I've retried and am please to say that a Custom POST template has been imported into Wordpress and I can see it when I edit both a post and a page.
But ... I also created a custom BLOG template and a Custom Wordpress template in Nicepage, neither can be seen when editing a post or a page in Wordpress. Although I can see the Blog template when I look at the Templates directory in the theme, but not the Custom Wordpress template.
I'm using the Nicepage Desktop app.
I'm happy that I can create a custom Post template in Nicepage and can use it in my site development ... am just curios now why other types of custom templates don't or partially transfer. It could of course be me being stupid and missing the point.

OK, lets us test your theme. Please attach the theme exported as a Project so we could open it in our desktop application and check your custom templates. Then we'll export the theme to our test site to see if the custom templates are available in WP site then.
Also please attach several screenshots showing the custom templates in your desktop application and also that they are missing in your WP site.
