I added Client Licenses using the user email. My clients said they didn't receive any email from nicepage.

This is correct behavior as we don't send emails to the users of Client Licenses. Concerning a domain, a login and a password won't be required if a client hasn't logged in to our website in the same browser.

Also, please note that Client Licenses is not for use with Nicepage Desktop and Online, it is only for the Nicepage plugin for WordPress and Joomla.

Yes, if your team needs to use Nicepage Desktop or Online, all members of your team will require a license. Alternatively, you can use the Nicepage plugin for WordPress or Joomla and give Client Licenses to your team members. If you're interested, please check these articles about CMS and Nicepage:

I was actually going to write exactly the same question (even thought it was my own question that perhaps I forgot I asked already). This is extremely upsetting because you sell this product with the impression that you can give licenses to other team members within your organizations. What is the point of having it then? Everyone isn't creating a Wordpress website. We want to use YOUR TEMPLATES and have our team collaborate. It appears that they can only use your product as a STANDALONE product on their individual laptops with no way to share these files outside of exporting to a .zip file then the next person imports the file -- crazy!!!

There is no function to allow collaboration. It doesn't work that way.
Client licenses are not team licenses, that's why they are called client licenses.
Client License limitations:

Client License is for a single client on a single website.
Client License allows editing created Nicepage pages using Joomla and WordPress Plugins.
Client License is not for use with the Nicepage Desktop application.
Client License does not provide access to the Stock Images.

Hi,

If you need to work on one template using several team members, then each team member should have a Nicepage license as the license is individual. Also the template is not shared and is located on the computer where your application is installed. So please consider exporting and importing the project when you need it to be transferred to another edveoper.
As for the client licenses, they are for the end-users of the site so they could use Nicepage plug-in on WP and Joomla sites, this license is not for the developers.
