Picture gallery with text

Hi, Job,

Thanks for being our customer!

You can easily add the text to the image in the Gallery. Just click on the needed image and you will see the Title and Text fields on the right property panel.

By default, the text appears on hover and in the lightbox mode.

Hello mPaul,

sorry for the delay. I hope you don't keep me for an idiot. On the attached printscreen you can see I entered a text below "Alternatieve tekst" ( Dutch version ). As I don't see anything of that text on my site I doubth wether I did it right.

Is there some manual available where this is explained more in detail??

You added the text to the SEO Alt field. SEO Alt is needed for describing images and it is usually not displayed on the page.

I also see that you selected the Gallery Thumbnails Element. Unfortunately, this type of gallery doesn't support adding gallery text. If you want to add the gallery text, change the layout of the gallery.

This is Gallery Slider, check out documentation. Seems that there is no option for Text in Thumbnail Layout. You can try other Layouts.
