When is the 4.3 update coming?

Hello,

I got an update in wordpress to 4.3
But since the template was created with version 4.2, it is now only displayed distorted to me.

When is the desktop version 4.3 coming so that I can create the template with the new version?

Update:
OK. now it's getting weird.

I downgraded the plugin again to version 4.2.6.

Now the strange thing:
-When I edit the pages via the Nicepage plugin, they look completely normal.
-If I am logged into Wordpress, all pages are totally distorted.
-But if I'm logged out of Wordpress, the pages look correct, as they should.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the update did nothing.

The pages are still displayed totally distorted when logged in.
The cache etc. of the browser was all deleted, so that's not the problem.

disable all plugins except nicepage and see how it looks then.
if it is then normal, activate plugins individually and keep checking which plugin is causing the problem.
this approach has worked for me so far.
