You can use and export templates without any license and use them for commercial use, however, the footnote on Nicepage will remain and you won’t be able to remove it without a license.
Also please note that if you keep images from the template, you can't remove copyrights and credits to the author if there are any.

You can make templates for the clients and sell them. Reselling of one specific template is allowed but without the Nicepage plugin and stock images from Nicepage. If you have your own images that's fine.

You can use stock images (Images >> "From Nicepage" tab) to design sites\themes without restrictions (stock images available for use if you have a license). The only restriction is reselling, for example on marketplaces, selling the same site\theme to multiple customers, etc.

I'm just curious what CMS / Framework you are using (I guess it is not wordpress or joomla).
I'm still looking for a flatfile CMS or headless CMS (kind of that) were I can integrate the nicepage static html site. If that was also your challange, would be nice to hear from your solution.

what would happen if i stop paying for my subscription/license? can i still use the template I downloaded for commerical usage while on an active license? or would i have to cease usage of it?
