Joomla Export Does Not Work

I used one of your examples to build a one page site. Works OK if I export to HTML. If I export it to Joomla all I get is the footer.

Is this because NicePage thinks I don;t have a licence, when in fact I have a business licence ? [ Order No 3979 on 13th November) Will you activate this licence for me please ? I cannot do it via your site as it says I don't have a licence.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Please make sure that you are logged with the correct account using the keith@tumbleweeds.me.uk e-mail.
And please describe the export issue in more details. Do you export the theme with content? Then you install it on the site and what do you do next? Please attach your exported project and several screenshots demonstrating the issue.

I have resolved all these issues ......

IIf you remember, I could not register my Business Licence via Nicepage because it said I did not have a licence to register. It was obviously confused, because My Profile on your website showen the licence, This was after logging on successfully. So, I have just uninstalled Nicepage, then re-installed it, then immediately registered the licence before doing anything else. That worked - now I can download pics and do various things which I could not do before - so now nearly three months after purchasing the licence, I can get down to learning how to use the product .

The loomla problem is something to do with Apache and security settings I think. I run a local server for testing, and it does not implement SSL. I had a similar issue with another app last week. So I installed the NicePage template on my online Joomla test site, and it worked OK.


This is just a comment...... I much prefer printed documentation to watching UTube Videos. UTube is handy for things like changing a crankshaft on a car engine, but not so good for learning software in my opinion. You can go at your own speed with a printed copy and mark it up with comments, and instantly flip to a bit to re-read it.
