As my collegue stated above:

The reCaptcha 3 version does not have the field in the form, it works differently, please check the article above.

Basically, the V3 will appear as a small badge on the bottom corner of the screen, not in the Contact Form.

V3 theoretically covers the site, not the form.
You should see the graphic at the bottom right of the site.

I don't follow... there is no graphic like the recaptha v2 anywhere on the contact page.

So you need to be sure that you are using reCaptcha v 3 keys. The reCaptcha 3 version does not have the field in the form, it works differently, please check the article above.

By the way how do I get the reCaptha field to be visible in the contact form?
I have created the secret och site keys and added them in the settings for the site also added them in the Joomla backend global config + plugins.
So what more has to be done?
I have also tried to add an extra filed to the form and choosed the reCaptha option.
Still not working.
