Every theme I export for Wordpress zip file seems to be giving me an error message when uploading into Wordpress "The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the index.php file."

Every theme I export for Wordpress zip file seems to be giving me an error message when uploading into Wordpress "The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the index.php file."

It seems that you are uploading the wrong file to your WordPress, or you are uploading the zip file in the wrong way. Please check these articles:
