If you already have hosting and a domain, you can export your website to HTML in the Desktop app, and then upload it to your server manually (upload to the public_html folder). Also, you can use the FTP option.
To upload your website from the Desktop app to Nicepage Online, you should export it as Project and then import Project on Nicepage Online. But please note that the Hosting Personal license includes only one website.
