Unfortunately, Nicepage doesn't have the built-in multilingual functionality.
Please let us know what type of site you are going to create?
If that is an HTML site, then there's no options for adding additional languages. But you can try to create pages in different languages and use some links to arrange them as the multilingual site.
In case if you are using WordPress, you can choose some WP plugin if it's Joomla then check for the Joomla extension to implement a multilingual site.
