Hi, Michal,
Sorry for the late response (due to the weekend).
On your screenshot, there is the Grid Repeater Element. This Element supports hovering only for background images. After making an image background, you can find the Hover Animation box. Check it and customize hovering if needed. You can also check this guide about Grid Repeater.
If it doesn't suit your needs, you can add a custom CSS code that adds this feature using the
Edit CSS option (you can find it on the right panel).
In this guide the Gallery Element is described. It supports hovering by default.
