Hi Rita,

Thanks for contacting us and your interest in Nicepage.

Can you please describe your issue in more detail and attach some screenshots? As we do not have any widgets in the Online Builder (Web App).

Looking forward to your kind reply.

Thank you

Thanks, now it's more clear, :)
Not all the templates available for the Free Starter Plan and also it's for the WordPress and Joomla CMS. As the package includes the features of the Desktop App (Designer App Pack) as well.

Web App With Hosting + Designer App Pack

Let us know if you have further questions

So you mean to say that we can not delete the templates in free plan??? if wen want to delete the templates do we need to purchase something? Second, As soon as I upload the site after creating zip to my hosting provider with wordpress fresh installation, the index page shows one of the templates that are being uploaded to the hosting which I do not required at all.
How to over come this issue?

Hello syed.shoaib,

Thank you for your interest in Nicepage.

There is no option to delete a theme template with any license.
In the previous topic, we said that not all the templates are available for a free starter plan.

WordPress with Nicepage.
You can import only Nicepage theme via Appearance > new theme upload and use it for your native WordPress posts and pages.
You can install Nicepage plugin, import only content from desktop application via plugin import function or create the Nicepage pages with plugin editor and continue using other default WordPress theme. Nicepage Plugin has no built-in templates.
You can import both theme + pages, via Appearance > new theme upload, install all together theme and content.

If you do not need theme templates, you can import only content - https://nicepage.com/doc/67690/export-and-update-wp-content-from-app

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I probably came across though this topic like a uninvited user but I wanted to submit my opinion about the 'Built-In Templates' for 'Wordpress' too. It should be useful to be able to choose what templates we should keep or delete on the panel. Like to activate the templates we need with changing their designs and deactivate those which are useless for the project. That could also bring a more small size for the 'Wordpress' content if the project is exported on 'Wordpress'.

Is it possible to add this option in the next updates of 'Nicepage'?

Thank you in advance for paying attention to my reply.

Hello Marie,

Templates for different types of pages are part of the theme file, you can choose only export content if you don't need the theme as default in WordPress.
There is no option to delete built-in templates, although you can add your own custom templates and choose your template as a page template in WordPress.
Please check our tutorial here -
