Can't upload a menu to joomla

  1. Export theme from nicepage desktop builder
  2. Upload theme to joomla

Expected result: theme and menu are installed
Actual result: massage the content not imported or in templates -> import content -> Request failed: 500

What did I do wrong? I also tried to change a browser but it didn't help.

Error 500 is not a nicepage error, that's a server problem.

Hello,

Please check server PHP error logs. There is should be a more informative error. A possible cause of the problem is the server limitations related to the size of the files to upload.
