I have an icon on a page and when the mouse hovers over the icon I would like a small window to display with a set of instructions.
When the mouse leaves the icon the window disappears.
How do I achieve this effect?

You can try searching for a custom code that implements this feature, for example, this one: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_tooltip.asp
Please note that a CSS code can be inserted in Site/Page Settings ==> CSS (or you can select an Element and click on Edit CSS on the right panel) while an HTML code can be added in Site/Page Settings ==> HTML or Elements ==> HTML.

Hello,
when you hover over the cart icon, how can you get a description of the capacity of the shopping cart ? (Joomla/VirtueMart)
Like a message which indicates either the cart is empty or the basket contains such products.
for example for the empty cart the message:
"Your cart is empty.
Complete your cart with all the products that interest you and place your order in one go and one payment."
With the css tooltip
can you give us an example of css to integrate for the shopping cart icon ?

I would recommend contacting the VirtueMart support team concerning this question as in Nicepage, you can only edit the design of the shopping cart icon.
