Yes I've read the documentation.
I'm not sending any e-mail, nor having a contact form, That why my title is 'Simply submit a form'.

The soution I've found is the remove your script tags and the <"a> button, and display the input type=submit. It works.
I'm just affraid i may miss some other functions in your scripts

Thanks for the suggestion. The Nicepage form can be made into a very simple form, the initial error message you had is probably the issue of the misconfigured server as Nicepage only creates the sending command for the form, the actual mail sending process should be configured on the server side, I assume that you are aware of this.
In any case, we are glad that you have found a solution.
