I'm not pro, but maybe you should try to export as html page rather than in wordpress. Trough time i have read online many good and bad stories about wordpress. I dont want to give bad critics about wordpress, but if i look at some percentage of peoples; many prefere html. Some rumours say that it's possible that some browsers have difficulties to show good wordpress pages, some rumours say that it's possible that it might be because of the server; it's not me who tell these things. Just do some web search about the good and bad things about wordpress.

Now what i suggest is that you export your pages as html and not wordpress. The other thing that i suggest is that the elements are put into some table. It might help, well i hope.

A+

Check your Widgets if the content is duplicating.

WordPress dashboard Appearance >> Widgets and remove duplicated widgets.

If the issue persists, create a separate private ticket for your issue and provide us temporary access to the website's backend admin panel.

For me, it was related to me having 3 block elements within a 3-cell grid. Wordpress was moderating those blocks as widgets and using the content of the first block to populate the remaining 2 (overwriting the content I placed in those blocks).

-
Solution that worked for me:

  1. In the Nicepage Wordpress plugin, in my footer section, I selected each block and one-by-one I gave each block its own name in the "Joomla Position or Wordpress Sidebar Name" field. I saved the changes.
  2. Then I went to widgets (Appearance --> Widgets) and located the widget that was being repeated across all other footer widgets. In my case, it was labeled Widget Area 1. I deleted the content under Title and the content in the body, leaving it all blank. Once I hit update that resolved the issue.

Since the issue is related to the block element, I suppose that an alternative solution might be to get rid of the blocks in your footer altogether and just use text and/or heading elements inside your grids instead.
